Using Audit Viewer
Accessing Audit Logs
Navigate to the Audit Viewer section from the main dashboard to view your organization's audit logs.
Filtering Audit Data
Entity Filtering
Select specific entities to narrow your audit log search:
- Use the entity dropdown to select the relevant category
- Apply your selection to update the displayed logs
Action Filtering
Select specific actions to narrow your audit log search:
- Select an entity first to see available actions
- Choose one or more actions from the dropdown menu
- Apply to update results
Time Period Selection
Specify a time range for your audit log search:
- Select a predefined time range or create a custom interval
- For custom intervals, set specific start and end dates/times
Notifications Setup
Due to Event Bridge integration limitations, this feature is only available for demo purposes by Genesys employees
Audit Viewer supports real-time notifications to ensure you're immediately informed of critical events.
To configure notifications:
- Navigate to the Notifications section in Audit Viewer
- Set up email subscriptions for specific events. You will need to confirm the email subscription the first time you set it up. The email address will come from no-reply@sns.amazonaws.com. Ensure to check your spam folder if you don't see the confirmation email.
- Customize notification thresholds and delivery preferences
