Overview

The SPC Portal home page keeps critical compliance packages one click away. Use this guide to fetch the latest Genesys attestations and third-party certifications directly from the landing experience so auditors, security teams, and stakeholders always have current documentation.

Download From The Home Page

1. Sign in to the SPC Portal. After authentication you land on the personalized home page.
2. Locate the Compliance Downloads card. It appears in the upper section of the dashboard and lists the most recent attestation packages.
3. Choose the document bundle you need. Every item shows the publication date, scope (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS), and a short description.
4. Select Download. The portal generates a secure, time-limited URL and starts the file download.
5. Verify the file locally. Confirm the package opens correctly and retains the original cryptographic signature if provided.

Document Formats & Watermarking

• Single attestations arrive as digitally signed PDF files that include the auditor's opinion letter and scope statement. Each page carries a diagonal watermark displaying the recipient's name, Genesys Cloud organization id, and the timestamp of download.
• Evidence bundles (control matrices, penetration-test summaries, remediation letters) are delivered as ZIP archives that contain the signed PDFs plus supporting CSV or XLSX artifacts. Every enclosed PDF inherits the personalized watermark.

Watermarks regenerate for every download event so externally shared copies can be traced back to the originating Genesys Cloud user account.

Troubleshooting

• Download blocked: Disable browser pop-up blockers for the portal or download the file in a new tab via the context menu.
• Expired link: If a link has timed out, re-open the Compliance Downloads card and request a fresh URL by clicking Download again.
