Trial Agreement

Overview​

When you first access the SPC Portal as a direct customer or a partner, you do not get access to all features immediately. You need to sign a trial agreement to get full access to the SPC Portal features.

Process​

To sign the trial agreement, follow these steps:

  • Download the Free Trial Agreement document.
  • Fill in the required details in the document.
  • Get it signed by your signatory authority.
  • Send the signed document to your Genesys representative.
  • Once the document is processed and approved, you will receive an email notification confirming that you have full access to the SPC Portal features.

Assigning Roles​

After gaining full access to the SPC Portal, you will need to assign roles and permissions to other users in your organization to access the new features. To do this:

  1. Navigate to the "Admin/Users" section of the SPC Portal.
  2. Find the user you want to assign a role to.
  3. Switch to the "Roles" tab for that user.
  4. Choose the appropriate role(s) from the available options (e.g. Security Advisor).
  5. Click on "Assign". Changes are immediate however permissions may take a few minutes to propagate. You can ask the user to logout and log back in if he requires immediate access.
  6. Repeat the process for any additional users who need access.
